What is Open Doors and who is it for?
Open Doors is our weekly coffee morning and informal service for those who are more mature in years or who may be on their own. We meet in the hall at St Mary’s on Mondays at 10.30am until noon.
What happens at Open Doors?
After you have been welcomed by one of the Open Doors team, tea and coffee are served along with cakes, biscuits, scones or hot cross buns. There’s lots of time to chat, catch up with old friends and make new friends too! Afterwards there is usually a hymn, a bible reading and short talk given by one of the team.
Why not give it a try? Or perhaps you could invite someone you know is on their own or who might appreciate the opportunity to gather with others in this way.
