FROM SIMON WITH MISSION DIRECT

Dear Friends,

The purpose of this update is to ask you if you might consider financially supporting Sue and Simon Morgan in their  work to which God has called them.

Sue and Simon had been to Rukungiri, Uganda with Mission Direct on four separate occasions and after their fourth visit they discerned that they were being called to commit themselves fulltime to this work with Mission Direct. Working in mission, they do not receive a salary but are looking to God, friends and churches to support them financially and in prayer.

Sue and Simon headed back to Rukungiri in 2010 and have committed their lives to full-time mission work. Simon heads up the Mission Direct team in Rukungiri where they are building schools and running Alpha courses. Sue is volunteering with Mission4Water which specialises in drilling bore holes to provide communities with safe drinking water.

Give

In Paul’s letter to the Philippians, chapter 4 verse 10 we read that Paul rejoices that the people had concern for his well-being, and in verse 16 he says that ” …you sent me aid again and again.” Paul was dependant on the people to support him in order that he could carry out the work that God had planned for him.

Someone once said that no-one would have remembered the Good Samaritan if all he had were good intentions; he needed money as well!

So they would be grateful if you could prayerfully consider how you might support Simon & Sue. You may like to make a regular donation by Standing Order ranging from £5 to over £100 a month. Alternatively you may prefer to give a one-off gift. And if appropriate sign a Gift Aid form thus increasing the support by 25p for every £1 donated.

All you have to do is complete the form: Supporting Sue and Simon Financially and return to:

The Morgan's Support Group, c/o 13 Fitzpain Road, Ferndown Dorset BH22 8RZ
or c/o St Mary’s Church, Ferndown.

Thank You

P.S. Please feel free to copy these details and forward to anyone else who may be interested.
